We work with local and international clients online (via Zoom) and offer intensive in-person sessions in Barcelona, Spain. The sessions held in-person are an optional offering to work with clients over an agreed number of days/sessions consecutively and locally. The therapeutic work is integrated with virtual sessions before and after.

With a goal of finding a way forward, our clients come from broad backgrounds who explore a growing edge and an understanding of how they regulate. By working with intention and purpose, we give space to advocate for the self, allowing an emergence that’s rooted in the present and looks toward the future.

Personal growth and acceptance are at the core of our co-therapy practice. In practice, we  work with a broad range of issues that clients face. These include trauma, anxiety & depression, destructive patterns with alcohol and drugs, abuse, loss, enmeshment in relational patterns and many other issues that arise.

Online and in-person sessions are structured hourly and are Є150 (£140) per hour. We also allocate limited spaces for those on reduced incomes.

Working with Survivors

We have experience working with survivors of abuse and stand as placeholders of support in periods of recovery. Our guiding structure is Stabilization, Process, and Consolidation (Babette Rothschild, 2010), which fosters movements toward self-soothing, periods of time to be with oneself and tasks of integration that allows the self to move beyond. Although this isn’t a linear course, we focus on creating paths to go onward.

Understanding the importance of support in the recovery process, we advise how to constellate that support—both externally and within—creating healthy boundaries and cornerstones that lead to love and self-care. To thrive is the goal.
